Embracing the body in sumptuous, tactile pieces that can adorn the daytime and transform into the sleepy, romantic hours of the evening. Influenced by the deliciously opulent styles of the past and to be worn by present and future dreamers.
It is a marriage between my Italian/Australian heritage, studies in couture construction and a wealth of knowledge in art and history. Experimentation with hand drawn prints and the use of natural and organic fibres has become second nature to the way I design.
A broad range of technical skills with an adoration for the initial inspiration to the final stitch with a firm stance on sustainable practices has been exclusively put into each piece. Designed to be indulged in and cherished for years to come.

Our Signiture
Each Salotto I.M.D label is stitched with Roman numerals, symbolising the garment number out of how many will be produced in the collection and below it our sizing. Inspired by artists numbering their series of paintings, every one is unique and adds an element of collectability.
This reduces overproduction wastage and keeps within our brandβs values: exclusivity, quality and scarcity β the ultimate luxury.
Salotto I.M.D understands the importance of honesty and aims to be as transparent as the sheerest of silk organzas that we use. We believe in keeping nature protected as much as it is appreciated.
Designed and made in the U.K, no two are the same. To ensure longevity, follow care instructions provided in each product description. Please note that vintage and/or delicate fabrics require a little extra love and attention when washing and storing.
Our pieces are to be worn whenever theyβre needed by you. Rules are restrictive and seasonal collections lead to over-consumption. We prefer to release smaller drops throughout the year. It's been said that we donβt follow the seasons, the seasons follow after us.
Sustainability & Care
Inside Pantofolaio
Pantofolaio is made-to-order with a limited number of 100 garments of each size in every print that is created.
The prints may appear in different positions on each garment. This reduces wastage by using up available fabric and adds a unique touch to each piece.
Digital prints have been produced with ethically friendly fabric, dyes and practices.
Inside Bozsolo
Bozsolo pieces have been created using vintage and re-purposed fabrics.
Unless stated, only one of each garment is available. Once a piece of fabric has been used up, it cannot be reproduced exactly. Please get in touch if you are interested in having something similar made.
Rarely, there are small imperfections in the cloth due to the age (which we think just adds to their charm!) However, when the garment is made, they are carefully placed to be as inconspicuous as possible and will be noted in each product description.
